We are committed to delivering high-quality services. Our system of quality management plays a key role in supporting this commitment. In this report, we provide an overview of our system of quality management, the quality measures we have implemented, and the outcomes of our quality monitoring activities in relation to our accounting and assurance engagements. Our accounting and assurance services are delivered through two service lines: Assurance, which focuses primarily on statutory and other financial statement audits, and General Practice, which focuses primarily on compilation engagements. A more comprehensive overview of our quality management system and quality performance is published annually in our Year Review.
